Ulluv, founded in 2017 by Cork native Siobhán, is dedicated to providing thoughtfully curated solutions for expectant mums, busy mums, and those navigating life’s challenges. From award-winning hospital bags to hand-picked products designed for daily ease, Ulluv is rooted in quality, value, and exceptional customer experience. With a 5-star reputation and a range of award-winning offerings, the brand has become a trusted partner in helping customers feel prepared for life’s milestones.
Challenge
Despite Ulluv’s strong reputation and loyal customer base, the business faced a significant challenge in its advertising efforts: a lack of tracking within campaigns. This gap meant Ulluv couldn’t accurately determine which ads were driving sales, making it difficult to measure performance or allocate budgets effectively. Without clear data, the brand struggled to scale efficiently, leaving untapped growth opportunities and a lack of confidence in ad spend decisions.
Process
I overhauled Ulluv’s ad account, introducing a simplified campaign structure focused on Meta Ads and a robust tracking system to ensure measurable results. Collaborating with user-generated content (UGC) producers, I developed authentic and engaging creatives tailored to Ulluv’s audience.
The campaign strategy highlighted real customers using Ulluv’s products, showcasing relatable experiences and building trust with prospective buyers. By focusing on data-driven decisions and continuously optimising campaigns, I enabled Ulluv to confidently scale their advertising efforts while maintaining their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
