Project Description
Moo To You was founded during the Covid-19 pandemic when their farm had to close temporarily. They pivoted to delivering fresh milk and butter locally with a single van, meeting a growing demand for convenient access to fresh, locally sourced produce. Since then, Moo To You has grown into a trusted fresh food delivery service, operating a fleet of refrigerated vans across Northern Ireland. The business is committed to supporting local farmers and families by providing high-quality, locally sourced products.
Challenge
As Moo To You expanded its operations, they faced the challenge of standing out in the competitive food delivery market. Larger, well-established services dominated the space, making it difficult to highlight their unique story and emphasis on fresh, local produce. The business also needed to build trust, engage meaningfully with customers, and foster loyalty to sustain growth and distinguish itself from competitors offering similar services.
Process
To address these challenges, I developed a paid social media strategy that utilised user-generated content (UGC) to connect Moo To You with their audience in an authentic and relatable way. Customers were encouraged to share photos and experiences of their fresh deliveries, providing a genuine and engaging narrative for social media campaigns and ads.
Additionally, I incorporated behind-the-scenes videos showcasing the farm-to-door journey. This content helped to build trust, highlight the brand’s commitment to quality and local sourcing, and create a stronger emotional connection with the audience. These efforts increased brand visibility, fostered customer loyalty, and drove repeat orders, enabling Moo To You to grow and solidify its position in the market.
